Watch Revenue Command Center

A short walkthrough of the manager spine: action queue, person dossier, and the next assign before the quarter review asks for proof.

What breaks without evidence

  1. 01

Completion metrics do not survive a sceptical CRO review.

  2. 02

Coaching attention follows the loudest rep, not the riskiest gap.

  3. 03

Hiring calls rest on interview impressions legal and enablement cannot audit.

Data and trust

What happens to rep data

RCC-specific consent before assigned missions. Full posture lives on the Trust Center and Privacy Policy. GDPR-aware delivery from Berlin HQ, not a certification badge.

What reps consent to

  • Invited reps accept data-sharing terms before starting assigned missions.
  • Required: share training results with the manager (Art. 6(1)(b) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Optional: import past personal sessions (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Consent version and timestamp are stored for audit. Withdrawal by email to [email protected].

What the manager sees

  • Scores, skill axes, Mirror patterns, Deal IQ summaries, Transfer debriefs, timestamps, and manager notes from assigned missions.
  • Past personal sessions only when the rep approves the optional import.
  • Enablement tenant isolation via row-level security for manager team access.

Storage and retention

  • Sub-processors: Supabase, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Stripe, EmailJS.
  • Raw AI conversation text: default 365 days, then anonymised or deleted.
  • TLS in transit. Encryption at rest via Supabase.
  • Export and deletion requests supported. See Privacy Policy for data-subject rights.

AI boundaries

  • Manager Klara assists with concierge and path-steer. Humans decide hire, promote, and path overrides.
  • OpenAI API customer data is not used to train foundation models by default.
  • AI-assisted enrichment can be disabled per tenant by configuration or support request.

Governance and FAQs

Is this sales enablement software or a training LMS?+

Revenue Command Center is the manager system. Reps train the job in Deal IQ. You assess the team here: queue, dossier, next assign. Your LMS can keep content. This is practice evidence, not course hosting.

How do VPs train and assess AE, SDR, and CS teams?+

Deal IQ is the job in the deal: MEDDPICC for AEs, SPICED for SDR / BDR, expand or renew for CS. Team IQ sits with RCC as the manager system. Job-seeker Qualifiers are separate plates, not the VP product.

Can managers override an engine-proposed path?+

Yes, until the rep starts the session. Overrides are auditable with engine versus manager source tags.

Who owns focus-skill assignment?+

Enablement or the front-line manager. RCC lets you assign three to five focus skills per rep and rematch the same beat type.

How does RCC pair with an existing LMS?+

RCC is practice and evidence orchestration, not course hosting. Use your LMS for content delivery; use RCC for mission assignment and debrief-ready dossiers.

What if the pod has fewer than five people?+

RCC still runs. Lean on individual dossiers and session provenance more than team averages when n is small.

How does RCC handle hiring bias?+

Hiring tracks use frozen work-sample contracts and human review. Silent Klara evaluates; humans decide hire or no-hire. Team IQ is never a lone hiring gate.

What do evidence exports look like?+

Managers open review scorecards, session reports, and person dossiers. Exports support enablement reviews. This page does not claim automatic CSV as a product default for every surface.

Does RCC cover every product players use?+

Yes. The eight use cases map to Deal IQ, Team IQ, Mirror, Transfer, and HIRESDR / HIREAE / HIRECS as feeders. Each surface on this page names its feeder room.

Do I need to buy every use case at once?+

No. Discovery-first engagement. Managers can start with Approve, Coach, and Prove, then expand into Portfolio, Engage, Scenario Studio, and Recruiting when the org is ready.

Where is rep data stored, and for how long?+

Primary app data lives on Cloudflare and Supabase. Sub-processors also include OpenAI, Stripe, and EmailJS. Raw AI conversation text is retained for a limited period (default 365 days), then anonymised or deleted. Full detail is on the Trust Center and Privacy Policy.

What does a rep consent to before an assigned mission?+

Invited reps must accept data-sharing terms before starting assigned missions. Required consent covers training results visible to the manager (Art. 6(1)(b) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f)). Optional consent covers importing past personal sessions (Art. 6(1)(a)). Consent version and timestamp are stored for audit.

Can a rep withdraw consent?+

Yes. Withdrawal is by email to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect data lawfully processed before the request. Data-subject export and deletion endpoints are documented on the Trust Center.

What can a manager see, and what stays private?+

From assigned missions: scores, skill axes, Mirror patterns, Deal IQ summaries, Transfer debriefs, timestamps, and manager notes. Past personal sessions appear only when the rep approves the optional import. Homepage Klara chat is not persisted.

What does activation actually require?+

Choose a start path (Game Is Serious demo workspace or custom company setup), then clear five Home milestones: link room, add first rep, diagnostic live, approve a path, send invite. Reps Assess first (diagnostic pretest), then Train on full simulations, one path per person.
