Act I · Review

Manager workspace

Revenue Command Center

Train and assess the team from one Monday workspace. Deal IQ is the job in the deal. You review that evidence here and assign the next mission before the rep starts.

Canonical adaptive path: Mirror (when no reliable baseline) → Deal IQ diagnostic → Team IQ diagnostic → Team IQ full episode → Deal IQ full fellowship + live play → Transfer champion coaching → Measure / credential review. Deal IQ cohort: 60 to 90 min.

Typical manager workflow

  1. 1 · Onboard the team

Connect a Deal IQ room, invite reps, and run Prepare demo for a seeded portfolio when you need a walkthrough roster.

  2. 2 · Review proposed paths

The engine proposes paths per rep and track (SDR / BDR SPICED, AE MEDDPICC, CSM expand/renew). You approve, edit a step, or override focus skills before assignment.

  3. 3 · Inspect session evidence

Open Deal IQ ICCE debriefs, Team IQ situational fit reports, Mirror pattern maps, and Transfer champion cards from one dossier.

  4. 4 · Act on the queue

Action cards surface pending approvals, stuck invites, at-risk reps, and integrity warnings. Next missions assign immediately; you can revise until the player starts.

12-month mastery queues in RCC

Mastery is the cadence layer on the same progression record: baseline, 30-day practice, 90-day reassessment, quarterly checkpoints, and annual renewal. RCC surfaces the follow-up queues managers act on.

  • Overdue remeasurement when a checkpoint gate slips
  • Decaying skills and stale scenarios that need fresh practice
  • Low-confidence evidence and annual renewal queues

Evidence model (production contracts)

  • Deal IQ: fellowship step scores, ICCE scorecard, track rubrics (MEDDPICC, SPICED handoff, expand/renew defensibility)
  • Team IQ: situational fit bands (well matched, risky here, wrong tool), episode provenance, focus-skill overlays
  • Mirror: pattern slug, 2-axis map, conversation excerpts on path baseline (~10 min)
  • Transfer: champion coaching radar, executive meeting replay, five-axis skill card
  • Passport and progression use the same fields as live sessions, not demo-only adapters

Open Monday. Assign.

Governance and FAQs

Can managers change a mission after the engine assigns it?
Yes, until the rep starts the session. Overrides are auditable with engine vs manager source tags.
Does every rep start with Mirror?
No. Mirror inserts when no reliable baseline exists. Experienced reps can skip to Deal IQ diagnostic on the canonical adaptive path.
What tracks does RCC support?
SDR / BDR (SPICED handoff), AE (MEDDPICC), and CSM (expand/renew audit). Team IQ covers inside-pod soft craft on the same path record.
Can we use RCC for hiring work samples?
Yes. HIRESDR, HIREAE, and HIRECS are public recruitment aliases with deterministic sample debriefs for buyer meetings.
Does RCC auto-export Home CSV scorecards?
Managers work from scorecards and session reports in dossiers and reviews. Do not assume a separate Home CSV export unless your tenant has that path enabled.
