Several Game Is Serious products use artificial intelligence (OpenAI models via our secure server-side APIs) to interpret your inputs and generate coaching feedback, narratives, or diagnostic patterns.

What you should know

• You are interacting with an AI-assisted system, not a human coach or HR professional.
• Your free-text may be sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI does not use API data to train models by default.
• Do not enter confidential third-party personal data, trade secrets, or classified information.
• Inputs may be screened by automated moderation for harmful content (fail-open safety layer).

Mirror — important limitation

Mirror identifies behavioural patterns in sales situations for personal development only. Outputs must not be used for hiring, promotion, performance rating, or other employment decisions. Employers using Mirror agree to this limitation.

EU AI Act classification (draft assessment)

Our consumer-facing coaching tools are treated as limited-risk AI systems requiring transparency (this notice). We do not deploy high-risk automated decision systems for HR. If your use case changes, contact us before rollout.
