Several Game Is Serious products use artificial intelligence (OpenAI models accessed through our secure server-side APIs) to interpret your inputs and generate coaching feedback, narratives, and diagnostic patterns. This notice explains how that works and what it means for you.

What you should know

• You are interacting with an AI-assisted system, not a human coach or HR professional.
• Free text you enter may be sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI does not use data submitted through its API to train its models by default.
• Please do not enter confidential third-party personal data, trade secrets, or classified information.
• Inputs may be screened by automated moderation for harmful content. This is a fail-open safety layer.

Homepage Klara desk

The Klara section on our homepage is an AI-assisted sales enablement diagnostic. It is not human coaching, not legal or HR advice, and must not be used for hiring or employment decisions. Inputs are moderated; abusive content is blocked. Conversations are not stored in our database. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the endpoint from automated abuse.

Mirror: important limitation

Mirror identifies behavioural patterns in sales situations for personal development only. Its outputs must not be used for hiring, promotion, performance rating, or any other employment decision. Employers using Mirror agree to this limitation.

EU AI Act classification

We treat our coaching tools as limited-risk AI systems that require transparency, which this notice provides. We do not deploy high-risk automated decision systems for HR purposes. If your intended use case changes, please contact us before rollout.
