By using Game Is Serious services you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. Service

We provide gamified learning and assessment tools for professional development. Features may change; we will not materially reduce core functionality of paid engagements without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You must not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use AI outputs for automated employment decisions. Mirror and similar tools are for personal development only.

Revenue Command Center

Managers may invite team members to training missions. Invited users must accept data-sharing terms before starting assigned missions. Optional consent applies to importing past personal gameplay into the manager dashboard. Employers remain responsible for informing staff under applicable labour and data-protection law (including BDSG and works-council rules where relevant).

3. AI outputs

AI-generated coaching, narratives, and diagnostics are illustrative, not professional, legal, or HR advice. You remain responsible for business decisions. See the AI disclosure page for limitations.

4. Intellectual property

Platform content, game mechanics, and branding remain our property or our licensors'. Customer-provided content remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and process it to deliver the service.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Berlin have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted.
