Your centre as a game: families follow a story from shop to shop.
Game Is Serious builds a game for shopping centres that families follow on a phone. From shop to shop, with no app, no sign-up, and no host on site.

How a visit works.
- The clock above the fountain has stopped. Three shops each kept one digit.
- At the bakery: why a pretzel shines. The answer is the lye bath, not the oven.
- A riddle in the bookshop, and a poll in the toy shop whose results fill in live on the phone.
- At the fountain the three digits make a code. In a real centre each stop stands at a shop and opens from a sign with a QR code.

Sohrab Mostaghim has built games since 2016: 200+ facilitated sessions, 60+ organisations, 3,000+ participants. We have built public games that ran for weeks with no host.
What you use it for.
- A reason to come at Easter, in summer and in Advent, that is not another flyer.
- Families walk to floors they usually skip, because the next stop is there.
- Shops are part of the story, not a list on a plan.
- An optional poll, whose results you see, with no one standing at a booth.

What we need from you.
- A site plan.
- Three to eight places where a stop may stand.
- One contact.
- The date you want to start.
What we deliver.
- The story and the game, in English and German.
- Print files for the QR signs.
- A test walk.
- The launch.
What visitors need.
A phone and mobile data. No app, no sign-up. Children play with their parents on one device.
Questions before a pilot.
What does a pilot cost?
There is no flat price. Shops, languages and the length of the run set the work. After the call you get a fixed proposal.
Do visitors need an app?
No. They open a link, or scan a QR code that points at that link. The game runs in the browser.
What happens to the data?
Guests play with no account. We ask for an email only if you want that, and only with consent. Children play with their parents on one device.
Which languages?
English and German. Another language is built on request.
Who prints the signs?
We deliver the print files. You print them, and place them where the centre allows.
Does it run without staff?
Yes. The game stays open, including across weeks, with no one hosting on site.
Does it fit Easter, summer and Advent?
Yes. The same form, a new story each season. For Easter, the useful time to ask is December and January.
Is the route step-free?
We place the stops with you, on paths your visitors can already use.
Where do you work?
From Berlin, for venues in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and across the EU. We run the test walk on site, or remotely with your team.
