Job seeker · assessed CS simulation

Defend expand, renew, or hold.

Closed-Won is the start, not the finish. Expand, renew, or hold.

An assessed CS expand/renew simulation. Inherit a Closed-Won pack, work Handelsfestigkeit under pressure, then publish a verifiable credential you can add to LinkedIn. Win is expand, renew, or hold. Not Deal Won. Work sample, not a competence diploma.

The current plate verifies completion of a full scored expand/renew simulation. It is a work sample and a verifiable credential. It is deliberately not presented as a competence diploma or LinkedIn Learning course.

A CV can say QBR and health. A quiz can test whether you remember Metrics. Neither shows what you do when tickets look busy, Completions is the wrong scorecard, or Sabine has not named the renew date.

Hiring managers who need a comparable screen should use Deal IQ sales hiring (HIRECS). Later skill interviews stay with the employer. GISCSM remains practice-now. CSIQ and CSLIVE stay NovaTech. ERQ is the job-seeker plate.

A CS line on a CV is a claim. A renew can still fail.

The score is the inherited pack, not Deal Won.Expand / renew qualifier

One sitting · an inherited book

The qualifier does not drop you into a first-close AE clone.

You inherit Closed-Won and decide expand, renew, or hold. The GIS world is our own sell-practice fiction. The evidence is your post-sale call, not a customer claim.

  1. 01

    Territory

Choose one of three equally credible inherited accounts and state a plain business reason.

Handelsfestigkeit, eLearn trap, or Siemens adjacent. Tickets are not health.

  2. 02

    Research

Read adoption, QBR, and people before you form a renew hypothesis.

Cite two briefs. Completions stays a decoy scorecard.

  3. 03

    Initiative

Map promised versus delivered. Name who owns expand and who can still stall renew.

Sabine still has to name the date. Hold is a legal call.

  4. 04

    Qualification

Build the eight MEDDPICC letters as post-sale meanings, not first-close optimism.

Metrics promised versus delivered. Economic Buyer still owns renew.

  5. 05

    Expand / renew / hold

Seal the call so a manager can inspect why you held fire.

Expand, renew, or hold. Not Deal Won.

What the room watches

Same eight letters. Post-sale meanings. Different win.

The qualifier records judgment across MEDDPICC-8 CS lifecycle. It does not award a plate because you cloned an AE first close.

Metrics

Promised versus delivered. Completions volume is not the health number.

Economic Buyer

Who still owns expand and renew after Closed-Won. Tickets do not replace that person.

Decision Criteria

What would make this book expand, renew, or hold. Friendly usage is not criteria.

Decision Process

The renew path after Closed-Won. A QBR invite is not the process.

Paper Process

What legal and procurement still have to sign. Hold can be the honest paper call.

Identify Pain

The post-sale gap the inherited pack still carries. Busy cases are not pain.

Champion

Who will defend expand or renew inside the account. A friendly CSM ping is not a champion.

Competition

What can still take the book: status quo, a rival, or a quiet non-renew.

The score comes back as a call a manager can inspect.

The board updates during the run. The debrief preserves expand/renew/hold state and coaching evidence. The public plate is the shareable record from the completed run, not the full private working file.

Game Is Serious

Issued after a scored GISCSM run

Credential ID GIS-ER-…

This is the plate shape you publish after a scored GISCSM run and sign-in. Add-to-profile is a verifiable credential. It is not LinkedIn Learning and not a competence diploma. The prefix is GIS-ER, never GIS-CM.

What the plate means

A verifiable credential with a narrow, defensible claim.

The current plate verifies completion of a full scored expand/renew simulation. It is a work sample and a verifiable credential. It is deliberately not presented as a competence diploma or LinkedIn Learning course.

What it verifies

  • A full GISCSM Deal IQ simulation was completed.
  • The run produced a valid expand/renew score and evidence session.
  • The credential is tied to the named holder after sign-in.
  • The credential ID uses GIS-ER and can be checked on a public URL.

What it does not claim

  • It is not a CS certification and not a competence diploma.
  • It does not promise NRR in the holder’s next book.
  • It is not Deal Won and not the AE MEDDPICC qualifier.
  • Game Is Serious does not auto-post it to LinkedIn and does not partner with LinkedIn Learning.

From practice to profile

Three decisions from the room to LinkedIn.

  1. 01

    Play as a guest

Enter ERQ with a name and work the full GISCSM inherited pack. No account is required to begin.

  2. 02

    Sign in after the run

Use Google sign-in when the debrief is ready. That ties the GIS-ER plate to a person rather than a browser.

  3. 03

    Publish deliberately

Open the public verifier, add it to LinkedIn, or send the URL with an application. Nothing is posted automatically.

Recruiters

Recruiters screen on HIRECS, not here.

This qualifier is candidate-owned: assessed simulation, public verifier, LinkedIn add-to-profile. It does not replace a recruiter screen, a later skill interview, or HIRECS.

Open sales hiring
  • Named holder and stable GIS-ER credential ID
  • Issue date and public verification status
  • Expand/renew skill evidence carried by the plate
  • Expand, renew, or hold. Not Deal Won

Hiring managers who need a comparable screen should use Deal IQ sales hiring (HIRECS). Later skill interviews stay with the employer. GISCSM remains practice-now. CSIQ and CSLIVE stay NovaTech. ERQ is the job-seeker plate.

Before you enter the room

Is this a CS certification?

No. It is an expand/renew qualifier from a completed assessed simulation. Game Is Serious presents it as a work sample and a verifiable credential, not as certification or a competence diploma.

Is this LinkedIn Learning or a competence diploma?

No. You may add the public verifier to LinkedIn’s Licenses and certifications section. Game Is Serious does not partner with LinkedIn Learning and does not issue a competence diploma.

Is the win Deal Won?

No. CS win is expand, renew, or hold on an inherited pack. Closed-Won is the start. Deal Won is the wrong success.

Is this the same as HIRECS, GISCSM, CSIQ, or CSLIVE?

No. HIRECS is the recruiter freeze. GISCSM is practice-now. CSIQ and CSLIVE stay NovaTech. ERQ is the job-seeker assessed door that can publish GIS-ER.

Is this the MEDDPICC qualifier?

No. AE MEDDPICC stays at /meddpicc-qualifier, MEDQ, and GIS-CM. This page never mashes first-close AE onto CS.

Do I need an account?

Not to begin. Guest play is allowed. Sign-in is required only when you publish the public plate so the record is tied to a person.

Is there a passing score?

The current bar is a completed full simulation with valid scored evidence. We do not advertise an invented mastery threshold.

Your turn

Put expand/renew on LinkedIn after you have used it in the room.

Set aside one uninterrupted sitting. Guest is fine. When the debrief is complete, sign in and decide whether the public GIS-ER plate belongs on your profile.
